Money Back Policy

It is true that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and it might be true for what our app Cloksy (the “App”) creates for you.

This Money-Back Guarantee Policy represents how users can cancel a subscription and refund their money. The Money-Back Guarantee Policy is incorporated into and is subject to the Terms of Use unless otherwise provided for therein.

1. HOW TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

If you purchased a subscription (which always includes a trial period) on our Website: please follow the link https://appamobile.com/terminate and log in to your personal account using your payment email. After logging in, you need to cancel the subscription on your own by following the instructions. By using this method you can send us a subscription cancellation request during a 24-hour term before the end of your subscription plan’s duration. We will consider your request, after which you will receive the instructions on canceling your subscription to avoid charges in the future.

Uninstalling the App doesn’t automatically cancel your subscription - you need to follow the instructions above.

2. WHAT TO DO TO HAVE A REFUND:

After you make a purchase directly on our website where the money-back option was presented to you, you can apply for a refund within 30 days after your purchase and before the end of your subscription period (the “Refund Period”).

To request a refund, please send us a written application within the Refund Period to our email support@appamobile.com containing the following information:

PLEASE NOTE! Only fulfilling the requirements above allows you to receive a complete refund under the 100% Money-Back Guarantee Policy. For the sake of clarity, this 100% Money-Back Guarantee Policy does not apply to any other instances, for example, personal reasons (e.g. you simply dislike the product, etc.) or financial reasons (you did not expect that you would be charged, the trial would convert into the subscription, the subscription would automatically renew, etc.).
Generally, if you do not meet the conditions of our Money-Back Guarantee Policy set out above, the fees you have paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated herein or as required by applicable law.
However, we can make an exception for you if you demonstrate prior active use of the App and compelling reasons for the refund. We will review your application and notify you (by email) whether your application is approved. If the application is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 30 days, unless otherwise required by applicable laws.

3. EU/EEA NOTICE

As a general rule, if you are from EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement with us within 14 days from the day you sign up for the App without giving reasons (the “Withdrawal Period”), unless the relevant exception apply in relation to the immediate supply of the digital content to you.

To exercise this right of withdrawal, you must send a clear, written request of your decision to withdraw to: support@appamobile.com. You must send it no less than 24 hours before the end of the Withdrawal Period. You may use the below model cancellation form, but it is not mandatory:

When you make a purchase of a single item of digital content in the App (such as a subscription to our services and downloads of the watch faces designs), you expressly agree that such content is made available to you immediately. As a result, you forfeit your right of withdrawal and will not be eligible for a refund.


YOU HEREBY EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO THE IMMEDIATE PERFORMANCE OF THE AGREEMENT AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU WILL LOSE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT ONCE OUR SERVERS VALIDATE YOUR PURCHASE AND YOU SUCCESSFULLY RECEIVE THE APPLICABLE PURCHASE (CONTENT).

4. US NOTICE

If you reside in California or Connecticut and cancel the purchase at any time before midnight of the third business day after the purchase date, we will return the payment you made.
